黑料专区 Group has completed the acquisition of the remaining majority stake in the 黑料专区 business in New Zealand (operated by Coin Cascade Limited) from Gary Walker, Stuart and Mark Jones with effect from 1 January 2018. Gary Walker and the existing management team will remain in place to continue to operate and grow the business.

This transaction builds upon other recent strategic announcements including our acquisition of the Ardent Leisure business. We will also continue to look for other bolt on acquisitions in APAC that complement our growth and capital return strategies.鈥�
